The personal data that the customer communicates to the seller, for example with an order or by e-mail (for example, his name and his contact details) are only used for the purpose of correspondence with the customer and only processed for the purpose for which the customer provides the seller with the has made data available. The seller only passes on the customer's data to the transport company responsible for the delivery if this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. For the processing of payments, the seller transmits the customer's payment details to the credit institution responsible for the payment.
The seller also guarantees that he will not pass on the customer's personal data to other third parties, unless the seller is obliged to do so by law or the customer has given explicit permission in advance. Insofar as the seller calls on services from third parties for the implementation and completion of processing processes, the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act will be complied with.
Duration of storage
Personal data communicated to him via the seller's website will only be stored until the moment when the purpose for which they were entrusted to the seller has been achieved. Insofar as commercial and tax law retention obligations must be observed, the duration of the storage of certain data can be up to 7 years.
Rights of the customer
If the customer no longer agrees with the storage of his personal data or if it is no longer correct, the seller will, upon request, within the framework of the law, arrange for deletion, correction or blocking of customer data. Upon request, the customer will receive information about all personal data that the seller has stored in relation to him free of charge.
